Our Terms of Service for Disney Reservation Transfers: If you have a Disney reservation booked directly through one of the Walt Disney Travel Companies (Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Line, Disneyland, Adventures by Disney or Disney's Aulani) your reservation may be transferable to Pixie and Pirate Destinations. Reservations that are not paid in full, and have been booked within the last 30 days may be transferable. Please fill out the form below with all of the pertinent information about your Disney vacation reservation.
How does a transfer work?
For most reservations the transfer process is simple. We provide you with a required form that must be filled out and signed by the lead guest. Once we have the signed form back from you (either by fax or email), we will send it to Disney and Disney has the final say in whether the reservation is transferable to Pixie and Pirate Destinations. Once Disney has the form it can take anywhere from 1 to 14 business days for the transfer to be complete. Because of this we do not recommend transferring a reservation that is close to the final payment date. However, please feel free to contact us for further details and guidance. NOTHING on your reservation will change - payments applied, special requests, dining reservations linked to your reservation, final payment date, etc.... NOTHING.
