VACATION DESIGN FEE TERMS OF SERVICE
Our Vacation Design Fee includes the following:
The Vacation Design Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, and includes professional support for one vacation.
Availability of inventory or reservations is never a guarantee. Our team works very hard to make sure your needs are met, but we do not have any control over what the suppliers have available.
If you decide to cancel your vacation booking with us, the Design Fee will not be refunded, and we reserve the right to cancel any or all special requests and reservations linked to the vacation booking.
In addition to these Terms of Service, the main Terms and Conditions for Pixie and Pirate Destinations also apply.
Our vacation planners are Independent Contractors and they have the option to charge a Vacation Design Fee as they see fit.
Your vacation planner will send you instructions on how to finalize payment and a link to the Pixie and Pirate Destinations website. The amount is due upon receipt. From there your planner will then follow up with next steps.
