How
far in advance did you start planning for your trip? What was the
planning process like - stressful, simple, overwhelming? In what way was your DVP able to assist you with the planning stage?
My husband surprised us with the trip for Christmas. I then started looking on line to book the trip. I would get overwhelmed and put it off for another time. One day, one of my Facebook friends posted that she is going to Disney. I commented that we are going also but I'm just confused and stressed so I haven't booked anything. She suggested I come over and talk to Amanda. She was able to hold my hand through the whole process and explain in "my" terms what the meal plan was.
Which Disney Resort did you stay at? What did you think of the resort?
All Star Movies. Overall it was a good hotel. We, most likely, will not be staying there again and will go for a different one.
What are your family's favorite Disney characters? Did you have interactions with them while on vacation?
All of them! The look on my son's face whenever he would see one was priceless.
What restaurants did you dine at?
The Italian one at Epcot (I know that's not the name but really can't remember the name) was delicious. Plus had the best wine and texting with a friend during dinner...
What was your family's favorite ride or attraction? And why?
I always loved the tea cups. Was never a fan of rollercoasters. Oh..Soarin!! Highly recommend. Loved it!
What was the greatest advantage of booking your vacation a Pixie and Pirate Destinations DVP?
We were so impressed with the details panned out for us. NO stress whatsoever. We would look at the days plans and we knew exactly what and where to go. Bet you didn't know that someone would be so thrilled by you telling them where to go!
Share one moment during your vacation that will always be a favorite memory.
Always remember the first time we walk down Main St at the Magic Kingdom.
What was one thing that really surprised you during your vacation? Maybe a ride that your family loved that you thought you wouldn't, or something special a Cast Member said or did.
Soarin. I really was so pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed it as much as I did.
Did you go through Disney withdrawals when you returned home? What was the best remedy?
