How far in advance did you start planning for your trip? What was the planning process like - stressful, simple, overwhelming? In what way did your DVP assist you with the planning stage?
About 6 months in advance. Planning was mostly exciting!!! Amanda helped us in deciding on a resort to stay and also sorting out a Disney Cruise booking.
How did you tell your family about the trip? Was it a surprise?
We were all together in making decisions.
Which Disney Resort/Ship did you stay at? What did you think of the resort/ship?
Polynesian Resort- Fantastic!!! Right on the monorail and so close to MK
Disney Dream cruise- What more can I say!!!!
What are your family's favorite Disney characters? Did you have interactions with them while on vacation?
Tinkerbell, Mickey & Minnie, Goofy -- lots of interaction
What restaurants did you dine at?
Chef's Mickey, Cinderella's Royal Table, The Crystal Palace, Mama Melrose
All were good, but we felt a bit rushed and picture opportunities were not the best. Did enjoy Mama Melrose a lot and food was very good!!! And reserve seating for Fantasmic -- will do this one again!
What was your family's favorite ride or attraction? And why?
Goofy's Barnstormer rollercoaster. My kids just could not get enough of it...
Then Peter Pan's Flight...
What was the greatest advantage of booking your vacation with your personal DVP? Please be sure to list their name if you'd like.
Amanda- she went out of her way to helped us, replying to hundreds of emails, giving her advice and thoughts, so we could make the right decisions for the most memorable vacation ever!!!!

When my little daugter met the fairies... I will never forget that little face.. PRICELESS!! AND then my boy transforming into a pirate at Pirate's League...

A LOT. Just watching our kids' faces when they met the characters.

Still do... Just watching photos and videos over and over.
